Provider Data

nGageIT Digital Health aggregate patient, program, medication, and cost data for providers and physicians

Patient Adherence & Compliance

Individual patient adherence and compliance data delivered to practitioners at the time of services provided via the EHR. Supplemental patient data is available via the nGageIT practitioner portal.

Program adherence and compliance data is available to the practitioner via their practitioner records database. Program success and cost rates and common side effects and challenges information helps practitioners understand efficacy and make more informed choices that optimize costs and deliver higher quality care to patients.

Treatment Program Cost Modeling

Identification of patient behaviors and patient wellness data that can be correlated to both positive and negative outcomes. This will enable the development of concise, high-impact program optimization that can address root causes and identify and proactively address issues before they escalate and worsen.

Prescription and Drug Data

Specific prescription /drug data including prescription rates, refill rates, dose levels, drug type, lot type, manufacturing date, cost, and other drug specific data.

Side Effects Data

Collection and correlation of patient side effects data is critical in understanding treatment programs and creating personally optimized treatment programs. Side effects data is collected and available not just on an individual patient level but also on aggregate program and patient segment levels. Program analytics will identify common side effects and begin recognizing early signs of adverse reactions, and proactive and predictive processes can be established to help patients avoid medical crises and adjust treatment plans.

Drug, lot, type, volume, and other volume and processing data and metadata are collected specific to each partnered pharmacy.

Care Provider

Accumulated and aggregate care provider data with insights on adherence, compliance, side effects, and treatment efficacy rates across a wide spectrum of patient population segments.
